2012 marks the 50th anniversary of the Seattle World’s Fair. Many organizations are celebrating the occasion—some are focusing on the past history of the fair while others look to the future of Seattle and Puget Sound. Century 21 Walking Tours
MOHAI and the Seattle Architecture Foundation present guided walking tours of the Seattle Center campus from April 26 – October 20, on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 10 a.m. and 1st and 3rd Saturdays at 11 a.m. (except Labor Day Weekend).

Jack Straw Productions Celebrates the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair
Jack Straw Productions has joined forces with Seattle Center, Denny International Middle School, The Museum of History and Industry, HistoryLink.org, 4Culture, KCTS, KUOW, and KBCS to produce radio programs, education programs, an audio/cell phone tour, and live performances celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Seattle World’s Fair at the Seattle Center.
